IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.CREATE_TRANSACTION_EXTENSION not updating the payment method in the Invoice

call to the IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.CREATE_TRANSACTION_EXTENSION executes successfully and it also loads data into the extension table. But couldnt see the Inovice Payment details getting updated.
