Sequence Number Disappears From Additional Pay Page But Stays on Pay Line

We are experiencing an issue where when we enter an Additional Pay sequence to the Additional Pay page, save it, then return to the page and that entry has disappeared and whatever was the next sequence moved up to that number. The missing sequence appears on the pay line but cannot be seen on the Additional Pay page.

We are HCM 9.2, PUM 36, PeopleTools 8.58
