Question regarding Record-Route header?

I am working on integrating SBC(Session Director) for Call setup with Cloud service provider. Call invite is routing from SBC to Cloud service provider. But far end is sending Record-Route header with loose Routing in 200ok and expecting Route header in ACK routing back to Cloud service provider. I have tried enabling Proxy-mode "Record-Route" at Session-Agent and/or Sip-interface level but it didnt help.

Can SBC(Session Director) provide/Support Route header in ACK which is based on Record-Route from Client side?
