Issues for Contracts created from Order Management 12.2.10 in Service Contracts

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC)

I found few Issues for Contracts created from Order Management in 12.2.10

1) I've added service item to order to create a contract.

Issue is : Contract is Created with Sequence defined for Warranty Contracts

Issue 2; Line Type is Warranty/Extended Warranty instead of Service

How do I get the contracts to created as Service Agreement with the correct sequence and the line type as Services.
