Media Objects PDF contains spacing & &#160 characters

Hello,

We are using 9.2 and have found a couple of users experiencing oddities when adding media object Text on sales orders. This is not occurring for all users, so I assume it's associated with however they are adding text.

1.) Please see below example where additional spacing exists.

2.) Also the pdf is printing &#160.

I have tried to replicate adding bogus spaces, carrier return, etc.

I found doc 2291407.1 which notes &#39 but not sure if this is the same issue/cause. I am not seeing where the user is including the same special characters as noted in the Oracle document.
