FDM Authentication to shared services

in Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDM/FDMEE) (MOSC) 1 comment

Hyperion FDM 11.1.2.1. When I configure Load Balancer and select CSS to authentication to shared services it fails.

This was an existing production environment. i have tried everything in the Oracle KB and it seems the issue is it is not communicating to Shared Services.

Login to workspace is fine as is all the other products. It seems the Comjnibridge.exe spawns and then hangs and authentication fails.

Any suggestions on what to check.
