forms giving ora-1017: invalid username/password; logon denied .

we have ebs 12.2.3 environment with database 19c single instance database.we converted the 19c database to 2 node rac . after rac conversion...we are getting ora-1017: invalid username/password; logon denied ..... when we are accessing forms. we used the note "

Using Oracle 19c RAC Multitenant (Single PDB) with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2530665.1)" during the conversion process..We followed Section 8: Implementing AutoConfig on the Pluggable Database and Section 9: Running AutoConfig on the Applications Tier and Start the Applications Server Processes  sections from the documents.
