Getting ORA-39173 on DBMS_DATAPUMP jobs?

I know this is only a warning, but it throws the job into error state in the logs. When we do these export datapumps, the dump files or now unencrypted according to the error.

We don't want to allow the customer to put the ENCRYPTED_PASSWORD into the expdp script either as that defeats the purpose of encryption and security.

Anyone have any answers to this?
