Data Selection checkbox enable in XE greyed out in 9.2

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded from JDE XE (service pack 24) to JDE 9.2. Data selection is denied at *PUBLIC since it is door closed model. There is a custom application that takes you to a report in BV. The role has full access to the app and only sec 3 for the report. In XE when the user selects the version from P98305 and clicks on Select, they get the screen Prompt for data selection and the check boxes are enable but the Data Selection from the Row menu is not enable.
