Can Late Charges Generate program R12.2 Fail without Erroring?

Hi there,

We are on R 12.2.7. Trying to find out why Late Charges are NOT generated on a Customer Transaction.

When ran AR Analyzer, it shows Late Charges Batch Failed. When run a query on that specific Late Charge Batch I can see the Customer who did not get a LC on a Transaction although he should have.

When ran Diagnostics on the Receipt (which the query shows), there are NO errors.

How can I find why the Late Charge Batch Failed?

What causes the Batch to Fail?

Is there a difference between "Fail" and "Error"?

All help is highly appreciated.
