User cancelled at AP invoice with Accounted status as Partial

Good day!

I would like to ask if it is okay to just cancel an invoice with Accounted status as Partial? End user cancelled the invoice and the status shown were:

Status: Cancelled

Accounted: Partial

Approval: Not Required
