ERR_STORAGE while running trial bill

Hi,

I am using Oracle Communication Billing And Revenue management version 7.3

I am running a trial bill. GOt ERR_STORAGE, cm log as per below

Cm log as per attached (cm_log.txt)

attachment removed

The corresponding dm log as per attached (dm_log.txt)

attachment removed

Since "PIN.PROC_DEFER_CYCLE_TAX_ACCT", and "PIN.GET_SECTOR_BOUNDS" procedures are wrapped, it is quite hard for us to debug.

The error is "Input i_infranet_time too small: -5184000"

if you can provide the unwrapped version of the procedures can help
