Oracle EBS Upgrade From 12.1.2 to 12.1.3

Dear All,

We need urgent reply in order to proceed.

We are using oracle EBS 12.1.2, Database: 11.2.0.4. OS: Oracle Linux 7.3.

We are upgrading to 12.1.3.

We are following steps in:

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Readme (Doc ID 1080973.1).

We reached Section 3: Post-Update Steps Perform Product-Specific Steps (conditional):

Most of listed Products are not licensed or used, except Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Shipping Execution and Oracle Warehouse Management.

Oracle Transportation Management is neither used nor licensed.

Do we have to apply patches in this section?
