P49211 Shipment Sequencing SO Inq in 9.2

I can't seem to find much on this application, my main curiosity revolves around the three fields JOB NUMBER, SEQUENCE NUMBER and DELIVERY BATCH NUMBER. It seems that these fields are populated in the sales order detail form (and in P49211) until a particular status and then the values are gone. I see that F49211 is a tag file, do these values get removed from there at some point? Any document you can refer me to or help you can give would be appreciated.
