CRS-41053: checking Oracle Grid Infrastructure for file permission issues

After using srvctl to start/stop the database, am running into an issue where ASM instance is not coming up.

[root@sapds1db bin]# ./crsctl start has

CRS-41053: checking Oracle Grid Infrastructure for file permission issues

CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

[root@sapds1db bin]#


CLUVFY was run and looks like permissions seem to be fine.

[oracle@sapds1db bin]$ ./cluvfy comp software -n all -verbose

Verifying Software home: /oracle/stage/19/grid_home ...1536 files verified

Verifying Software home: /oracle/stage/19/grid_home ...PASSED

Verification of software was successful.

CVU operation performed: software
