Effective Sequence numbers

I understand the purpose of EFFSEQ is to enable the entry of more than one row with the same effective date, but I have a question regarding the order of the sequences.

We have used Excel to CI to import large job data from a spreadsheet into the Job table. During this process, the records were imported accidently with Effective Sequence of 1 instead of 0.

Therefore, if we decide to leave these records alone and not correct them, I want to know if there will be any consequences/issues with our decision. Currently, if you query for job data with effective 8/4/201, all the records have Effective Sequence of 1.
