Narrative Reporting Doesn't Render pdf or Excel Page Setting Properly

When bursting report NRCS bursting report to either pdf or excel format totally ignores report page layout settings. Selecting landscape, margins, etc has no effect.

This makes it impossible for end-users to use since landscape doesn't work so a years worth of data doesn't print on a page require all or end users (hundreds) to do page settings manually.
