Upgrading timezone from version 14 to version 32

Hello,

We just recently upgraded our Datawarehouse DB from 11.2.0.4 to 19.10. The upgrade went fine but we decided to skip the timezone upgrade because the script "@?/rdbms/admin/utltz_upg_check.sql" is taking a long time to finish and we will be going over the change window. We have opened an SR with Oracle support and we were told that we have to complete the "utltz_upg_check.sql" before we can run "utltz_upg_apply.sql". We have tried to run the check script in the background but after 5 days of running it failed with ORA-01555. The problem is our DW is huge, its 180 TB database
