Dear All,

Im tryin to read English and Arabic language from CSV and loading the data to DB so when i read the file english data are working fyn but when its come to arabic data are stamping with below characters لحضور ورشة مسكني (استرداد ضريبة القيمة المضافة عن المسكن الجديد لمواطني الدولة) بتاريخ 13 يوليو 2021 الساعة الخامسة عصراً ØŒ يرجى الضØ
