PFsense KVM qcow file and xml download.

I am looking for the PFsense qcow or qcow2 file for the Talari E100 KVM.

I can create one but cannot locate the .xml file required that relates to the VM parameters.

The Talari documentation suggestes download from Oracle but i cannot find it.
