Why the Enrollment Verification Print PDF shows no information in Campus Solutions 9.2?

Hello everyone! I've been trying to print the report from Enrollment Verification Print and still appears in blank (Bi Publisher Process type), I've gone over the steps of security, permissions, group access and query access and still couldn't find a proper solution for this.

The process says 'Success' every time I execute it and shows no error messages.
