Purchase Order Auto Sourcing(PO_AUTO_SRC) process Abended at Step PO_POCALC.VS3400.ISRTSEP1

Has anybody faced this issues.

We are currently on PUM 39 and sometime po_auto_src process fails with unique constraint error.


I am aware that this issue is fixed in PUM 40 but we are unable to replicate the issue in any of the non prod environments. The replication steps given in the doc are incorrect.

Can anyone pls help.
