Hi Team,

We are upgrading to 21.4 and as a test, we are trying to make some queries to verify the Siebel response.

URL: XXXX/siebel/v1.0/data/Account/Account/1-3H8Y6Q

Error when trying to perform a REST call: Get Method:

Error message:

SBL-DAT-00227: Unable to create the Business Service 'EAI Rest Adapter Service'

We see the same error for POST too. Guessing we are missing some parameters in the REST inbound settings in SMC. Can you please share document that explains the settings details.
