Error while Importing - json swagger file

Hello Team,

We are upgrading to Siebel 21.4 and as part of upgrade we are planning to convert all our outbound services to REST. In this regard, we got a sample swagger.json file from concerned integration team.

When trying to import the swagger file in web tools, we got below error. I did check for the error and could find much information in support web.

Error: The json spec is not a valid OpenApi 2.0 specification

Business Service call returned error code and message: RESTOutboundDTBusvc.getTitle : The json spec is not a valid OpenApi 2.0 specification.'(SBL-JCA-03035)(SBL-EAI-05000)

Can you please share guideline on how to generate a swagger file thats compatible for Siebel. Note: I was successful in importing the PetStore.json file provided in the bookshelf.
