Hello,

I try to open a SR on My Oracle support. in the windows Hardware i fill the Hardware Serial Number with the Hardware Serial Number of ProLiant DL380 Gen10  Serial Number: CZ211001P9 and my Support identifier but no information returned. Can you tell me why the SR does not recognize this Serial Number and what is the best way to open the technical request in the service request ?
