Printer in user profile not defaulting when printing report

Sorry if this is not posted in the correct thread. Oracle EBS version 12.1.3.

After printer is set up in users profile, when running a cycle count report the printer field does not default to printer in user profile. Profile option Concurrent: Report Copies is set to 1 for user also.

User would need to manually assign a printer for the report to print.

User can still print other forms without issue.

Let me know if more information is needed.
