California Workers Comp Calc exempt from 125 Plans

Hello,

Has anyone in the community run into a new requirement in California that requires workers comp calculations to be exempt from employee 125 cafeteria plans? I'm not finding any helpful information on Oracle's support site. This new requirement was communicated to me by our Payroll Manager. Happy for someone to substantiate and offer a reasonable resolution. Thank so much!
