Can R14110 PC Budget Upload UBE work for restatement to ledger type.

Question : Can R14110 PC Budget Upload UBE work for restatement to ledger type.

The current problem is, user prepared the FT ledger type in F0902Z1 and run R14110 UBE job to load into F0902 Account Balances which is FT ledger type.

Then, user would like to make correction, and use the Replace entries option to override all budget amount to zero, but the UBE fails to update.

no error was found on the UBE R14110 report.

Note:

In P0025, the FT ledger type is flagged as Restatement "To" Ledger flag.

The local currency is FA Ledger Type to restatement to FT ledger type (USD), but because user is preparing direct upload to FB and FT ledger type, in order to avoid the loss of foreign exchange rate, and only FB ledger type can populate with the changes, but not the other FT ledger type.
