Missing custom directory in Patch 32916808 -DB Jul 2021 Release

in Patch Reviews - DB (MOSC)

when unzipped on Linux the Patch 32916808 -DB Jul 2021 Release Update 12.2.0.1.210720 - the following I found in that patch directory after unzip:

-rw-rw-r-- 1 oracle oinstall 80030 Jul 19 09:47 README.html

drwxr-x--- 3 oracle oinstall 4096 Jul 16 08:20 etc

drwxr-x--- 23 oracle oinstall 4096 Jul 16 08:20 files

-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle oinstall   21 Jul 16 08:20 README.txt

So, this patch is missing CUSTOM subdirectory (which usually has init and prepatch files. NORMALLY, for any other previous patches the patch directory also has a CUSTOM directory, see example below:
