Random rule with NE condition

Hi,

My client currently has random rules set up with EQUAL TO, so that only locations with that characteristics group are selected. This means that for certain item groups (warehouse process groups), they can only use certain locations. This set up is too inflexible and they now want to be able to put any item into any location.

As a solution I set up a dummy Location Characteristics Group XX (Blocked), which none of the location has, except when the location is physically closed for cleaning or the racks are damaged.

All random rules are set NOT EQUAL TO XX. I expect t that all locations are included in the F46821 Random Location table. This worked in my initial test in DV, but now the R46821 only adds locations if I set up the random rule with EQUAL TO a real characteristics group that the location has in the Location Profile. I have also made sure that the Changed flag on the random rule is set to Y, so that the locations for that rule are completely rebuilt.
