Auto Space Advisor for tablespace fails with "FATAL ERROR" - but blank error msg

About once a week the sys autotask: Segment Advisor Auto Space Advisor for tablespace fails with "FATAL ERROR". It shows in OEM 13c and also in the awrinfo.txt for the target. We recently upgrade to 19c and patched to 19.11 but I cannot tell how old this issue is.

Where can I find information on this error? The job runs successfully most of the time and only fails when running the advisor for tablespace and not the other segment advisors.
