oracle DBA synonyms accidently dropped

Hello All,

Have a question all the oracle maintained DBA_* synonyms where dropped.

Long story short a developer decided to make his own synonyms with the same name and when doing a drop script it dropped oracles as well.

Is there a script in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/ that will create them like thsi SR Public Synonyms To Some LBACSYS Objects Incorrect (Doc ID 2350010.1)

THis is oracle 19c on redhat
