R12800E printing transactions posted

Hello,

When we run R12800 to post Labor time charges to equipment, the cost details are posted against the assets and the ledger shows the entries without any issues. But the posted records are shown under R12800E as an error with an error message Unable to Post -Number not it Asset Master. Why would a posted document/records show in error report like this. Also the error file gets accumulated without clearing and the report becomes bulky over a period.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
