July RU 19.12.0 for 19c - now on its third version w/no explanation

We just published our internal package for deploying the July 2021 RU/Rs for 19c Wednesday, and now I see that the zip file changed AGAIN last night (Thursday) after 9:30 PM. 2 -1/2 weeks after the vulnerabilities and patches were announced, this is getting ridiculous.

When you do this, y'all really should explain what you're changing and why. Otherwise all we see are changed checksums and are left to wonder if we need to recall our package until we can dig into the zip and confirm what changed. Last time (this is the 3rd version I've seen out there since the supposed "release") it was just the README, but who knows this go-round?
