Attaching PDB From OCIR DockerSidecar DBImage To DBaaS DB In OCI Error

Hi,

I am trying to install Siebel to OCI using the guide at https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/cloud/compute-iaas/deploy_siebel_instance_OCI_VM/deploy_siebel_instance_OCI_VM.html

I got stuck at "Attaching PDB From OCIR DockerSidecar DBImage To DBaaS DB In OCI" as the shell script was loading from a missing docker repository. The shell script command is as below.

docker rmi -f docker pull us-ashburn-1.ocir.io/siebeldev/siebel/deploy-db/siebel:20.7

Can advice ?
