Unable to change the status of work request from 'On Work Order' to complete

we have a work request 47822 with staus 'On Work Order 'where work order WO21344

has been created with status 'Released'

as work request status should be in complete as work order has been created.

but still it is 'On work order'

now, how to make work request status to complete.
