below is an example to the 480 coming from TEAMS.


SIP/2.0 480 Temporarily Unavailable (trigger on this 480)

FROM: "Unavailable"<sip:4445556666@pstnhubsbc.abc-qa.com;user=phone>;tag=1435056217-1628430681520-

TO: "User 4401234567"<sip:14401234567@sip.pstnhub.microsoft.com;user=phone>;tag=bf17d866256944cfb476e6f5c91b7155

(would like to change the TO: field to a different value (2223334444)based off of the 480)
