Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not Able to Map tools_client folder

I used VirtualBox to install HCM92 and peopletools 8.58/8.59

I am able to login to the portal, but I am not able to install PeopleTools because I could not map any folders such as tools_client

I have completed the steps here and tried a bunch of other things but nothing seem to work

I tried the steps in the following Thread Document 2667806.1 (oracle.com)

Nothing worked.
