Developer license - Oracle enterprise edition

Hi all,

I am working for an OPN corporate(partner with Oracle), I have a requirement to deploy the Oracle Database enterprise edition in AWS. The deployment is for pure Development and POC and no commercial value to it.

Could you please let me know whether I need to procure any license for the same.

I see the Oracle developer license is free and we cannot seek any support for the same.

Kindly please enlight.
