Invalid decimal value - PeopleTools 8.51 - HCM 8.9

Hello,

PeopleTools 8.51 - HCM 8.9

We have found an error "Valeur décimale non valide --     16,00. (180,106) " when a number is evaluate with both functions IsUserNumber() or ValueUser()

This happens in some PC an not on others. As work around we changed those functions for Value() and IsNumber() and the problem continues.

As second workaround we'd tried to make all Windows Regional Settings in every PC equal, but still the problem continues in some of the PC's and not in others.

We've test with IExplorer, Firefox and Edge with different versions and ther wasn't any difference.

Anyone has a clue about this bug?
