FM with +E.164 numbering

We have an environment with ESBCs, EOM, FM, and SDM. Calls from our carrier into our SBC are presented with +E.164 numbering.

In regards to fraud monitoring all product with the exception of SDM seems to support +E.164 numbering. SDM however strips the plus from the FPL before they are pushed to the SBCs, which results in numbers on the FPL not matching against inbound calls.

I tried implementing a translation to remove the plus on the inbound call leg, but I think the FPL lookup happens before any translations.

I tried searching for any documentation on the use of +E.164 numbering with FM but did not find anything related.
