Download Page for ORDS 20.4.3 Is Broken

Opened a Non-Technical SR to report this problem, and was told I need to post to OTN... OTN is re-branded as Oracle Communities, so the boilerplate response should be updated to reflect current branding for better clarity... I will repeat my reported issue here, RE: ORDS downloads.

The Oracle RESTful Data Services (ORDS) version 20.4.3 download page appears to be "broken". I am trying to upgrade to the latest version certified by the products/applications that I must support. Due to current cross-certifications of supported products with regards to ORDS, I cannot download the 21.x variants, but can upgrade to 20.4.3.
