How to set up eligibility for 401K Catchup

Hello all,


I need to set up 401K Catchup. How can I set up eligibility for the age GE 50, when the date for age calculation is January 1st. An employee can contribute to 401K Catchup anytime during the year they turn 50, so using the date of birth is not accurate.
