total of transaction in Cardex results in negative QOH

We are currently on E1 9.2. We are pulling the total transaction units from F4111 for reporting purposes to determine PQOH (pulling information from JDE into PowerBI). We have several items that appear to have a negative PQOH although in reality the amount is 0 or positive. I believe many of the problems began in the F4111 due to incorrect set up of UOM conversions. Can anyone provide a solution to correct the running totals in the F4111 to reflect the actual QOH?
