Can I apply SPB with SPBAT tool for weblogic server in OEM 13.4?

We 're using OEM 13.4 with WLS 12.2.1.3. Our java version is "1.8.0_291".

I ran SPBAT tool precheck phase but it's failing our JAVA_HOME path location. We've been using <OMS_ORACLE_HOME>/oracle_common/ for our jdk location (Doc ID 2653847.1), so I wonder if SPB is applicable for our OEM environment.


Last few lines of SPBAT precheck log:
