How need by date is calculated for an Internal Order

Hi,

I am running a min max at subinventory level in one org and the sourcing of this item is from another org. I have not setup any Lead Times at the Subinventory Min Max setup. Also there is no intransit time setup between the orgs. So when ever the min max is run, the need by date is appearing as Sysdate + 2.

Can you please let me know how the Internal order need by date is calculated?
