Can we suppress the printing of the pick plan when there are no records returned?

Peoplesoft pick plan (INS6000) prints even if no records were returned. Prints headers and message:

No records found for the selection criteria entered. Nothing was picked for this pick batch.

Is there a way to completely suppress printing when no records are returned? Every Monday morning we arrive to about 500 pages of this.

Troubleshooting: Searched SQRs, SQCs, etc. and added debugging - cannot find the source of this message.
