Oracle database migration from AIX to Linux

We are looking to migrate our 19c Oracle databases from AIX to Linux. We realize we are in a big endian vs little endian situation. We checked the Dataguard heterogeneous support matrix and apparently AIX and Linux aren't a supported combination for a primary and physical standby. I have looked at many options and it seems that the two which come out on top are:

  • XTTS
  • Impdp/Expdp

XTTS seems a bit complex with the downloading and running of Oracle supplied scripts. I do plan on testing this. What are everyone's thoughts on the Expdp/Impdp method? I can create database links and move the data without having to worry about physically transferring dump files via scp, etc. I hesitate a bit though when it comes to our big Oracle data warehouse databases. I do plan on testing this as well.

Howdy, Stranger!
