Oracle Linux Manager (OLM): Error while executing packages action: Cannot download getPackage/...

I have a new version of Oracle linux manger installed and when I try to update a test server against the channel I get: Error while executing packages action: Cannot download getPackage/selinux-policy-devel-3.14.3-67.0.2.el8.noarch.rpm: All mirrors were tried [[6]]. And this repeats for every package it ties to update.

Anyone know the reason why I would be seeing this?
