Unable to define charges with other UOM's apart from primary pricing UOM.

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Unable to define charges with other UOM's apart from primary pricing UOM. Pricing UOM is disabled post first charge on any item is defined.

To quote an example, if i want to create two charges with UOM each and dozen on any item, i am allowed to define only with one UOM. for the second time if i click on add row and enter same item to define charge with other UOM's, pricing UOM is disabled.
